Founded in 2025 by its visionary leader, the Founder & Managing Director, Mr. Joseph J. Emmanuel, a renowned Tanzania’s Actuarial & Economic Diplomacy expert with expertise both in Tanzanian and South African markets, having prior worked with and/or advised several public & private entities including Tanzania’s Ministry of Finance, Tanzania’s Ministry of Industry & Trade, Tanzania Cotton Board, Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA), large insurance companies listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and insurance companies regulated by Prudential Authority, a regulatory armof South African Reserve Bank (SARB).
